Registration is due by Friday June 13th . Registration received after 06/13/2008 will be $40 and the convention participant will not receive a pre-printed name tag.
- Convention participants who violate hotel or convention rules may be dismissed from the activity and/or the convention.

Name tags provided to convention participants will only contain the participant's first name and online name.

WinchestMidwest cannot admit unaccompanied minors.
- Those who consume alcohol at WinchestMidwest must be of legal age to do so.
- WinchestMidwest and Hyatt Place can assume no responsibility for personal injury or other such incidents that may occur during WinchestMidwest 2008.
- WinchestMidwest asks that you abide by the hotel rules as we are their guests and are representing the Supernatural fandom.
