State Route 316 -- eastern terminus
S.R. 316 runs from I-85 north of Atlanta to the western side of Athens at the S.R. 10 Loop
The road itself continues on into the city. The terminus of 316 (University Parkway) is merely a signage formality. Headed west towards Oconee Co. and eventually I-85, there is no marker designating "Begin 316".
